package came like this 3 damaged items ( fillet steak basmati rice & fresh greens, creamy meatball chorizo & chicken Katsu with spring onion rice) the packaging was obviously full of rice and liquid

happy with the food I’m ordering but it’s the second week I’ve had at least one meal pack damaged - x1 chicken katsu with rice damaged with rice covered inside the box

ordered around 6 weeks now had a couple of weeks where items were damaged. since then come absolutely fine and the food you get is spot on.. value for money too. I work away all the time so this is ideal for me. couldn’t ask for anything better

I ordered my 15 meal subscription as usual but I’ve only received 10 meals and charged me full amount. going by the list someone has ticked them all off too. really not happy at all I’m missing full English, Mac and cheese, salt and pepper chicken with rice, Feijoada, jerk salmon with Caribbean rice

why has this come out and what is the expected delivery date, subscription service is not very clear.

love the idea of these meals, but unlike other meal preps there is no barcode to scan into my fitness pro app(would be 5 star if this was an option) I did have to freeze quite a lot of them as the dates weren't very long, which then made some of the meals seem a little dry. But going to order some more regardless as they are good overall.
